We want you to be completely satisfied with your Shilajit UK order. This page explains your rights and how returns and refunds work.
Your Statutory Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Please note that for health and hygiene products like Shilajit resin, this right applies only while the product remains unopened and with its seal intact — once opened, it can no longer be resold and is excluded from this statutory right, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
- We extend this further than the legal minimum: returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm your order and give you return instructions.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving and approving the returned item.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, this is on us — contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. The unopened-product condition above doesn't apply in this case.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we'll cover the cost of return shipping or arrange a replacement directly.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscribe & Save orders can be skipped or cancelled at any time before your next billing date — just email us and we'll action it before your card is charged again. Cancelling doesn't affect any order already dispatched.
How to Request a Return or Refund
